Health Guarantee

At Cypress Creek Labradors we believe in providing healthy genetically sound puppies that provide a lovable friend, pet and companion for their new family.  To give you the assurance that your new puppy will be everything you expect we take several steps prior to you taking ownership.  Our puppies have their dewclaws removed, have been wormed, had initial vaccinations (See our vaccination schedule) and will have been checked by our Veterinarian.

Cypress Creek Labradors offers the following guarantee on all of our puppies.  This guarantee applies to the original owner only.  Any Veterinary  and/or shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  1. For any reason you are not happy with you puppy within the first 48 hours you may return it to us for a full refund.

  2. You will need to take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian for examination within the first week after you receive the puppy.  If the pup is deemed unhealthy it may be returned, with a written statement from a licensed  Veterinarian of the health problems, to Cypress Creek Labradors for a full refund or a replacement puppy.

  3. Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from genetic hip dysplasia as diagnosed by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) up to the age of  26 months.  In order to verify that your dog is free from hip dysplasia it must be evaluated by the OFA.  In the event that your dogs hips are rated as Mild, Moderate or Severely dysplastic by OFA you will be provided with a  replacement puppy from the next available litter or a full refund for the original purchase price of the puppy.  The buyer must provide Cypress Creek Labradors with the OFA certification of the hip condition and provide written verification from a licensed Veterinarian that the animal has either been put to sleep or has been spayed/neutered.

  4. Your puppy is guaranteed up to the age of 48 months to be free from Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) and Congenital Cataracts (Veterinary Ophthalmologist is required to make this determination).  If either of these conditions are found the hip dysplasia puppy replacement policy would apply.
